Cancellation Policy

This reservation is non-refundable. We strongly encourage guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected circumstances.

Exceptions to this policy will only be considered due to government-mandated restrictions, such as travel restrictions or road closures with no alternatives. Inclement weather or personal health concerns are not a valid reason for cancellation.

Your one-night deposit is non-refundable.

Your second and final deposits are refundable upon re-booking your unit.

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to know that we will do everything possible to re-book your unit to a new guest. Your suite will move to the top of our rotation schedule. Additionally, a partial refund will be issued should only some of the dates be re-booked.

Payment Policy

• A non-refundable reservation fee equal to one night plus tax is required to confirm your booking.
• Second non-refundable payment: 50% of the balance payable is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Final non-refundable payment: balance of reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.
